Information we collect
Traid collects information you provide directly and limited technical information needed to operate the service.
- Account and authentication information: information associated with sign-in methods such as Google or phone authentication, including account identifiers and a verified phone number when you use phone verification.
- Waitlist information: first name, optional last name, email, optional social handle, primary market, trading-experience range, plan interest, communication preferences, and the verified phone number used to prevent duplicate signups.
- Product information: preferences, settings, forecast history or calibration records associated with your use of Traid where those features are enabled.
- Technical information: basic device, browser, network, diagnostic, security and request information generated when the site or its service providers operate the product.
- Referral information: source, referrer, and campaign parameters such as UTM values when you arrive through a tagged link.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate users, operate the product, maintain waitlist integrity, provide requested communications, secure the service, diagnose failures, understand product demand, and improve Traid.
Trading forecasts are analytical product output. Personal information is not used to promise or imply trading performance.
SMS, phone verification and email
Phone-verification messages are transactional and are used to confirm that a waitlist or account phone number belongs to you. Receiving a verification code does not by itself enroll you in marketing texts.
If you separately opt in to SMS or email updates, Traid may use the selected channel to send early-access or product notices. Message and data rates may apply to SMS. You can withdraw a marketing preference at any time; transactional or security communications may still be sent when necessary to provide a feature you request.
Storage, cookies and retention
Traid can use browser storage, cookies or similar technologies for essential functions such as authentication persistence, theme preferences, security and product settings. Service providers may also use storage mechanisms required to provide their services.
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, to maintain security and records, or to meet legal obligations. Retention periods can differ by data type and product state.
Your choices
You can choose whether to opt into early-access email, SMS, or both. You can also change browser permissions and clear local browser storage using your browser controls.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to identity verification and any information Traid must retain for security, fraud prevention, legal or operational reasons.
Security
We use technical and organizational measures intended to protect information, including authenticated access controls and hosted infrastructure. No internet service or storage system can guarantee absolute security.
Children
Traid is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13. Trading and leveraged financial products may also be subject to age and eligibility restrictions imposed by brokers or applicable law.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when a revised policy is published.
